HEP Construction is a full service design/build general contractor that provides design, planning, permitting and general contracting services.

Since we made the shift to commercial building in 2010, we have successfully completed over $60 million in projects to date. We are a design build service provider for the Washington Metropolitan region for local and federal agencies along with private corporations, non-profits and residential clients with over 20 projects both commissioned and built.

We take advantage of new technologies to communicate with our clients, staff and subcontractors in a timely fashion so projects stay on schedule, and on budget.

HEP Development (HEPD) was founded in 2018 to expand the HEP Construction capacity to address community housing needs and workforce development. Founded in Ward 8 in Washington DC, HEP Development looks to continue to strengthen the connection of the rich history of our communities with the bright future of the District of Columbia.
